REHABILITATION OF THE ELDERLY
The elderly population is increasing according to recent studies by the World Health Organization. Factors such as longer life expectancy and a more active lifestyle are contributing to this growth. Our center focuses not only on rehabilitating specific injuries in this population but also on providing comprehensive treatments aimed at improving their quality of life. We work to strengthen muscles, enhance reflex responses, and promote greater independence and happiness.

SPORTS REHABILITATION
This service is aimed at a population of high-performance professional athletes and beginners, focusing on rehabilitation, prevention, and integration of this population into their sports activities.
To reincorporate athletes into their various activities, it is important for us to conduct a personalized examination of the causes, looking for muscle imbalances, the athlete's technical posture, and the use of appropriate footwear, among other factors.
Among the injuries that are treated we can mention:
-
Sprains
-
Muscle fatigue
-
Tibial Periostitis
-
Anterior Cruciate Ligament Injuries

CIRCUIT TRAINING
This method was born at the University of Leeds, England (1953), as a form of physical conditioning that combines aerobic exercises with strength and resistance, achieving comprehensive training.
Our classes use machines, dumbbells, bands, therapy balls, calisthenics, and, if desired, we can integrate Pilates mats and reformers. The circuit design varies depending on the group's needs and the day's goals.
Benefits of circuit training:
-
Improves aerobic capacity
-
Increases strength and muscle tone
-
Increases fatigue tolerance
-
Promotes postural hygiene
Sessions last approximately 50 minutes and are conducted in small groups, allowing us to offer personalized attention and more effective results. It's ideal for both athletes and people looking to improve their physical fitness in a balanced way.

HOME REHABILITATION
We understand that in the early stages of recovery, moving around can be difficult or even impossible. That’s why we offer a home care service, where our therapists come to your home to provide the necessary treatment in a safe and comfortable environment.
This initial support aims to ease your rehabilitation process until you are ready to attend our clinic, where you can continue with a more comprehensive and complete recovery plan.

ONE TO ONE PILATES
Private classes are an opportunity to learn and practice the techniques of the Pilates method. We also allow us to tailor a program to your pace, needs, and goals with a real-world approach. These classes are open to anyone who wants to maximize their physical abilities, such as elite athletes, those rehabilitating patients with back problems, and even those just starting out in physical activity.
Among its benefits we have:

Through specific maneuvers, our therapists target areas of tension or overload to release tissue, improve mobility, and provide a profound sense of well-being.
This type of massage is ideal for those experiencing muscle discomfort due to exertion, stress, or poor posture, as well as for those seeking to complement their physical rehabilitation process.

EQUIPPED GYM
